After signing the contract and swiping the credit card, which temporarily collects the damage deposit (which will be refunded once the Vespas are returned intact), a brief briefing will take place. A staff member will assess your driving abilities. Customers who demonstrate insufficient driving experience will not be allowed to participate in the tour and will not be entitled to a refund, so please PAY ATTENTION TO THIS POINT and evaluate the presence of the driver in advance.
