TERMS, CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY (English automatic translation)

a) All payments, in any way made (cash, bank transfer, credit card, PayPal ...) related to the booking of one of our services, are to be intended as a deposit
payment and therefore will not be entitled to any refund in case of cancellation by the customer.

b) The customer, on the other hand, who has chosen to purchase the upgrade of the cancellation policy at a cost of € 15.00 per person (non-refundable) will
have the opportunity to change the day and time of the tour (subject to availability) and will have right to full repayment in the event of cancellation
communicated within 24 hours before the beginning of the tour.

c) In case of tour by Vespa, if there is rain that does not allow the beginning of the excursion, the entire amount paid will be refunded. A fee will be retained
only if a transfer by car/minibus has been made in the meantime. In the days before the tour, the customer will not have the right to cancel the tour booked
due to the bad weather forecast given the continuous variability of the forecasts, especially in certain periods of the year. NapolinVespa Tour will evaluate
the weather forecast to eventually delete the Vespa tour and proceed with the full refund.

d) The customer who starts the tour by Vespa with uncertain weather, accepts the risk and will not be entitled to any reimbursement if the interruption of the
activity is necessary. If the bad weather occurs when the activity started, even in this case the customer accepts the risk and will not be entitled to any
refund in case of necessary interruption.

e) In case of technical problems, due to NapolinVespa Tour, such as not to allow the start of the tour, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

f) NapolinVespa Tour is not responsible for the sudden closure of sites of historical interest, artisan workshops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, factories and
commercial activities included in the itinerary. In this case, NapolinVespa Tour will try to replace these activities with others of equal prestige. There are no
partial refunds in such cases.

g) In case of sudden breakdown of the vehicle NapolinVespa Tour committed to the replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 2 hours from the
communication and, possibly, with the same type of vehicle (for example: Vespa with Vespa, classic car with classic car, modern car with modern car,
modern scooter with modern scooter, etc). The customer who, in the event of replacing the vehicle with another of a different type (for example: a Vespa
with a car, a vintage car with a modern car, etc.) agrees to continue to carry out the activity for which it has booked, is not entitled partial refunds. The
customer, instead, who due to the vehicle failure prefers not to continue on another type of vehicle (see previous example) will be driven back to the agreed
place for the drop off and will be entitled to a partial refund commensurate with the progress of the activity carried out .

h) The customer who, due to his negligence, damages one of our vehicles is obliged to pay full compensation for the damage for which he authorizes by now
NapolinVespa Tour to charge the credit card communicated at the time of booking.

i) If the customer, without giving prior notice, delays his arrival for more than 45 minutes compared to the scheduled pickup appointment, this delay will be
considered as "no show". In case of "no show" the customer authorizes by now NapolinVespa Tour to charge the credit card communicated at the time of
booking for the payment of any balance to be paid.

j) The customers possible delay cannot be recovered unless the tourist guide agrees.

k) If the customer does not comunicate us the place for the pickup and a valid mobile number, we will apply the same conditions as the "no show" for which
NapolinVespa Tour may charge the balance still owed on the credit card communicated during the booking process.

l) The times, stages and other definitive details of the tour are previously communicated to the customer during the booking and may therefore vary from
what is indicated on the website www.napolinvespa.it. It will be worth what was communicated privately to the customer who will be worth as a contract.

m) In case of cancellation by NapolinVespa Tour you will be refunded in full of the amount paid. Acceptance of refund and missed written complaint within 48
hours of refund is equivalent to waiving by customer to claim for any indemnity.

n) For any dispute, the competent court will be the court of Naples.
